Tips for mastering Kickouts:

  • Split your legs down the center of your body
  • Keep your hips level vs. dropping them when your legs go out
  • Lean towards the arm that is down to help support your body
  • Keep your shoulder and hand in one line for the best leverage
  • There are many variations of sickouts so practice creating different pictures with your legs
