Tips for mastering the Baby Freeze

  • There are 3 points of contact: head, stabbing hand, and opposite hand
  • Tilt your head when it is on the ground vs. place your cheek flat on the ground
  • Make sure your weight is evenly distributed between both hands and your head
  • Place your opposite hand closer to your legs to make it easier to place your leg on top of it
  • Create a 90 degree angle with both your legs
  • Practice lifting off your head and back to gain strength and control
