Tips for mastering the Back Shuffle:

  • Split your legs down the center of your body
  • Alternate which leg goes in front of the other
  • Twist your hips as you cross your legs
  • You can make the back shuffle bigger by lifting one arm off of the ground and rotating your chest up
  • Try your best to keep your hips level vs. bouncing up and down
