Tips for mastering the Reverse Baby Freeze

  • There are 3 points of contact: head, stabbing hand, and opposite hand
  • [For Left Stab Hand] Start with left leg up and right knee down, place opposite arm on outside of left leg and stab hand on left hip/side
  • Try your best to connect your tricep of the opposite hand to your quad vs. connecting elbow to knee
  • Make sure there is contact between your stabbing arm and your hip/side
  • Your arms will be like the middle of a teeter totter
  • Use your upper body to tilt towards your head vs. jumping off the ground with your feet
