Tips for mastering the Step Back:

  • You can place the leg you are stepping back with slightly behind or wide to side of your “center/base” leg
  • Bend your “center/base” leg similar to a lunge positions so your hand can touch the ground
  • Practice the Step Back get down transition with various Toprock steps and Footwork movements
