Tips for mastering the Zulu Spin:

  • Similar to a CC, roll on the side of the foot to the toe of the leg that is straight
  • Instead of stopping your momentum like in a CC, continue the rotation all the way around your straight leg from heel to toe back to heel
  • Once you get into the push-up position, place the leg that is up somewhere close to your center so it will be easier to place your center of gravity onto
  • Once the foot that was in the air is placed down, sit on top of your heel and center your body weight above it
  • IMPORTANT: Wherever you place your foot down, you must center your body over it so you can balance on top of it to complete your rotation

**Disclaimer**
These tutorials are meant to help spread the knowledge I have been fortunate enough to come across throughout my years of dancing. By no means is this the only way to teach or learn how to dance, but this might be one way that helps someone further understand the art of Breakin'.
